Additional Services & Discounts
- Medication: For pets requiring medication, this is charged at $5 per dose. The cost of medication or prescriptions is not included.
- Prescription Diet (Cats): We offer prescription diets for cats at $10 per day, or you may bring your own.
- Food Discount: A $5 daily discount applies if you supply your pet’s food.
- Same Cage Discount: A discount is available for pets sharing the same cage. Contact us for a personalised quote.

Terms and Conditions
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.
- Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the booking date, 30% of the total boarding estimate is refundable, with 20% non-refundable.
- Daily Rate: Boarding is charged per day, regardless of the time of admission and discharge. For example, admission on a Monday afternoon and discharge on Wednesday morning will incur charges for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Public Holidays: No admissions or discharges are permitted on public holidays.
- BYO Cage/Enclosure: For smaller pets with specific husbandry requirements, chat with our team about whether bringing their cage may ensure that their stay is more comfortable
- To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, the following requirements apply:

- Cats: F3 vaccination and parasite prevention must be current.
- Birds: Chlamydia, psittacine beak & feather disease, and/or avian influenza testing may be required based on species and will be advised at booking.
- Rabbits: Calicivirus (Filavac) vaccination and parasite prevention must be up to date.
- Ferrets: Vaccinations must be current.
- All species: staff reserve the right to apply parasite prevention upon admission if external parasites are detected at the time of admission
