If your reptile has already received any of the services offered as part of the Starter Package, we may be able to offer another service in its place. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your reptile’s individual requirements.
Are there any discounts for multiple pets in a household?
As the Starter Packages are already heavily discounted, no further discounts apply for additional pets.
Can I cancel or modify my Reptile's Starter Package if needed?
Unfortunately as the Starter Packages are purchased up-front, we do not allow any modifications of cancellations once the package has been purchased.
