A starter package is a combination of all the preventative health care things we would normally recommend at the first consultation – all at a discounted rate!

Purchasing a Starter Package helps to ensure your pet receives gold-standard treatment to reduce the risk of diseases later on in life, and most importantly – purchasing everything as a package results in significant savings!

As these packages are already heavily discounted, no further discounts apply for additional pets.

While Starter Packages are non-refundable once purchased, if your pet doesn’t need one of the components of the package, we may be able to adjust the price slightly (this will be assessed on a case-by-case basis).
