Here at The Wild Vet your pets are part of our family. We offer exceptional veterinary care in a warm, welcoming environment.

Unlike many other veterinary clinics, we operate similarly to human hospitals, with nurses collecting a full history before seeing the vet. This helps to ensure no detail is missed during your visit, and ensures that the time spent with your chosen veterinarian is spent focusing on the examination and any necessary diagnostics.
We are vastly experienced in treating ALL pets within the family. This includes dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, ferrets, rodents, amphibians, fish, wildlife and more. At the Wild Vet we work with state of the art diagnostic, laboratory, and surgical equipment to provide the highest standard of care for your pet.

We offer a personalised experience which is not offered by many veterinary clinics, not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach. With transparency and partnership a top priority, you’ll be involved in every aspect of your pet’s care, from diagnostic workups to treatment plans, with detailed handouts and explanations provided every step of the way. When your pet is discharged, you’ll receive a comprehensive report so you’re never in the dark about your pet’s health.
To Your Pet
You may notice that our consultation process is different to most veterinary clinics. We have restructured our hospital to mimic that of human hospitals, streamlining the consultation process and allowing your pet to be seen with minimal waiting time.
Upon arrival, our experienced nurses take a thorough history of your pet to detect any urgent concerns, as well as collecting patient weights and vitals (where possible). This allows our veterinarians to focus on the in-depth examination and diagnostics.
We also know how stressful vet visits can be, so we’ve created a fear-free environment with separate waiting areas for dogs, cats, and exotics, cosy bedding, tasty treats, and plenty of cuddles to make your pet’s visit as stress-free as possible.
You may notice that our consultation times are longer too. This is to ensure your pet gets a complete physical examination every time they visit, allowing us to detect any potential health issues early and provide tailored treatment plans. Our extended consultations give us the time to address all of your concerns and answer any questions you might have, ensuring your pet receives the best care possible.

Paperless Practice
At The Wild Vet, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint. Our clinic operates as a paperless practice, with all forms and receipts managed digitally. Prefer a printed copy? Just ask, and we’ll happily provide one.
Minimising Plastic Use
At The Wild Vet, we aim to minimise plastic use whenever possible. Medications are dispensed in environmentally-friendly packaging wherever possible, and our pet shop is stocked with products containing biodegradable packaging wherever possible.
