If treatment is anticipated to exceed the signed estimate, we will request your consent before proceeding with treatment.
We accept the following payment methods:

We require a deposit for hospitalisation and procedures, with the remainder of the bill being finalised at the time of discharge.
We operate via appointment only, however we will always do our best to accommodate emergencies and walk-ins if possible. Existing patients are given priority during busiest times.

We recommend calling us for advice before handling the animal, to ensure that we are able to assist in identification. Bats, reptiles, raptors and large possums may be dangerous to handle, so please do not attempt to capture any of these species without seeking advice first.
If it is safe to capture the injured animal, if you are able to transport it to us, we will assess and treat the wildlife patient. Please note that we are unable to leave the clinic to attend rescues.
For all birds, please contact WIRES or Sydney Wildlife, as we are temporarily unable to accept these species without a negative Avian Influenza test result.
Yes you can, however please allow for up to 3 business days. If your pet is on ongoing medication do not wait until you are out (or just about) of the medication to place the order. Please also note that your pet may need a consultation before dispensing medication so please call the clinic and have a chat with our friendly reception team to find out more.
